The role
As our graduate Supply Chain Executive, you will be joining a fast-paced business with a Supply Chain team that is looking to grow over the next year.
Within this role, day to day, you will manage the movement of products from our warehouses to our customers, whilst reporting on service levels, processing invoices and communicating any issues that may arise.
You don’t need prior experience as a Supply Chain Executive; however, this role is perfect for someone who is analytical, has a strong understanding of Excel and the ability to form strong relationships with our customers. We are looking for a proactive problem solver, who is passionate about reporting and working effectively to deliver a high level of service.
Some key responsibilities will be:
- Order capture from our customers, managing short supply situations with our warehouses.
- Analyse outbound delivery costs, ensuring we are delivering in the most efficient way.
- Managing stock levels at external warehouses, including shelf life, to prevent waste.
- Reporting on service levels, investigating and resolving logistics, while managing cost and environmental impact.
You will have:
- Good organisation skills and ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing].
- Motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
- An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- And most importantly a passion for food.
