Supply Chain Manager

Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to work in the Dungannon area, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

The Company

Lead the Supply Chain team by driving excellence in all daily activity.
This newly created role is a senior appointment and vital to ensure end-to-end Supply Chain process is effective and continues to improve.

Responsibilities
As Supply Chain Manager you will take ownership of the full Supply Chain practices, constantly reviewing, improving and developing the team.
Negotiating, monitoring, and improving performance, while ensuring cost controls.
Analysing data, identify and solve issues and create alternative plans.
Lead & manage a small team with support from 2 other managers, ensuring excellent performance, accountability and business objectives are met.
Secure critical path management across all Supply Chain processes to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements
· Degree in Supply Chain or Material Management or a commercial related subject.
· Ideally 10+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain, with min 5+ years management experience, including people development & management.
· Strong experience in material management, supplier relationship management, demand planning and forecasting.
· Knowledge of logistics / freight forwarding and customs clearance processes.
· Strong IT skills across an ERP system/planning/forecasting or relevant software and MS suite.
