The HireWorks are working with a Manufacturing company who are looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager on an initial 9 month fixed-term contract.
The role will be part of the senior leadership team and would take responsibility to grow and improve the Supply Chain function on site.
Typical duties would include:
- Improving functions to integrate SAP and planning procedures effectively
- Managing a range of Supply Chain activities
- Ensuring costs are in line with budget and identifying areas and opportunities to reduce cost
- Preparing reporting packs with relevants metrics/KPI s
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience working in a senior Supply Chain role
- Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing industry
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience working across other departments within a business
