AddressReporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, key areas of responsibility will include;
Implement improvements to the Supply Chain function of the business.
Accountable for the successful set up and delivery of all company Supply Chain processes, procedures and activities.
Manages, directs and supports others engaged in the full range of Supply Chain activities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and relevant reporting requirements.
Ensures all Supply Chain activities are carried out in accordance with the required plan/schedule and/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with company processes and procedures.
Ensures appropriate supplier evaluation, audit, and selection processes and procedures are in place.
Ensure Supplier performance reviews and ongoing management ensuring corrective actions are taken where required.
Drive financial savings within the Supply Chain and negotiate cost-saving initiatives with suppliers to support this.
Work with the General Counsel to ensure framework agreements and master service agreements are in place with key suppliers.
Promote safe working practices and demonstrate safety leadership at all times.
Qualifications/Experience Required
Educated to bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in business studies, law, engineering, Supply Chain or similar discipline/ CIPS qualified or industry equivalent.
Extensive Supply Chain experience demonstrating results and progression to a similar management position.
Knowledge of:
Supply Chain Principles and techniques
Complex Tactical Procurement
ERP systems
Framework agreements and Subcontract
