Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for an accomplished and driven Supply Chain Planner with experience of coordinating operational and functional activities. The purpose of this role is to manage the demand planning and forecasting, with commercial insight. You will be required to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely forecasting and reporting of data. You will need to be resourceful and creative in your skills to be able to find effective solutions to problems.
General Duties
* Sales Order Processing for all products (Units, accessories, spare parts)
* Daily processing of sales orders in our system
* Tracing and release of Back Orders in our system
* Preparing and supplying the necessary documentation (P/L, Proforma invoices) to our customers
* Liaising with customers by phone and/or email answering enquiries in regards to sales orders, stock availability and Orders ETAs
* Liaising with the Warehouse staff to resolve delivery and stock issues
* Liaising with our European and Asian suppliers.
* Consult with Technical Team (Pre/After sales as appropriate) to support sales
* Release Stock and Control aged back orders on a daily basis to support inventory management
* Filing of necessary shipping documentation (POs, Bill of lading. waybills, invoices, credit memos, etc)
* Assisting during the auditing process
* Operations Planning
* Liaising with vendors to ensure proper replenishment of stock
* Demand planning for assigned category
* Understand reporting tool Power BI and create reports when requested
* Day to day monitoring:
* Production schedule update
* Inbound update

* MS Office (Advanced - Excel is key)
* Experience with System/ERP (nice to have)
* Accounting knowledge (nice to have)
* Interest in the technical aspects of aircon units (Desirable)
