We have an exciting new position available for a Supply Chain Administrator working within the Head Office Supply Chain Promotions department.
This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic person who is highly organised with a pragmatic approach to join a team that is a vital link in the Lidl Supply Chain. This role sits within a department which is instrumental in driving forward business strategy and involves making a direct impact upon customers and 900+ stores.
We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.
What you'll do
- Support the team by actioning stock management and allocation tasks
- Involvement in building merchandising plans for our promotional lines
- Regular communication with stakeholders from other departments
- Run and maintain various reports
What you'll need
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and a passion for numbers is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise well
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
- A team player who is adaptable and keen to learn
