Hours: Full-time, 4 days on site
Salary: 55k-80k
Location: Dunboyne, co. Meath
n this critical role, you'll be responsible for:
- Guiding the team: Leverage your technical knowledge to advise the Supply Chain team on process changes and their impact on product quality.
- Ensuring seamless material introduction: You'll be the gatekeeper, ensuring all vendor materials meet strict quality and safety protocols before entering the site.
- Leading the quality charge: Actively support the team during internal and external GMP inspections, upholding the highest quality standards.
- Driving continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement, initiate impactful quality projects, and spearhead their implementation.
- Owning quality and compliance: Be the single point of contact for quality and compliance issues, both internally and externally (think deviation management).
- Data analysis and action: Monitor and analyze data like packaging reviews and performance indicators to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions.
- Leading the quality charge: Contribute to the team's quality focus by prioritizing, initiating, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Solid experience: 2-5 years of previous planning experience is a must.
- Educational foundation: A relevant Level 7 degree in a related field is preferred (Level 6 with strong experience considered).
- Quality & compliance expert: 3-5 years of experience in quality operations/compliance or supporting Supply Chain or operations roles is key.
- Communication maestro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to connect effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is a must. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical mind: Strong analytical and priority management skills are crucial for success.
- Continuous learner: A willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends is key.
- Team player with autonomy: You'll thrive in a collaborative environment while excelling at independent work.
- Project champion: Strong initiative and project coordination skills are a must to drive improvement initiatives.
