Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Supply & Demand Planner to join a high-performing supply chain team in the FMCG industry. This role is paramount to ensuring a smooth S&OP process, managing the incoming flow of products and maintaining an accurate long-term forecast.

Description

  • Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings
  • Developing and implementing effective supply and demand plans.
  • Coordinating with sales and production teams to forecast product demand accurately.
  • Analyzing market trends to anticipate changes in demand.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Identifying and addressing any supply chain issues promptly.
  • Overseeing the procurement process to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.

Profile

A successful Supply & Demand Planner should have:

  • A strong understanding of SIOP processes is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast demand and manage inventory.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills to negotiate with suppliers and work with internal teams.

Job Offer
