Description
- Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings
- Developing and implementing effective supply and demand plans.
- Coordinating with sales and production teams to forecast product demand accurately.
- Analyzing market trends to anticipate changes in demand.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Identifying and addressing any supply chain issues promptly.
- Overseeing the procurement process to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
Profile
A successful Supply & Demand Planner should have:
- A strong understanding of SIOP processes is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills to forecast demand and manage inventory.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with suppliers and work with internal teams.
