Supply Planning Assistant

Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps are currently seeking a Supply Planning Assistant for our client based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
Working hours and rate of pay:
Monday- Friday.
Day shifts.
12.00- 14.00 per hour depending on experience.
Temp to Perm opportunity.
This role will include the following duties but not limited to :
Updating stock/orders daily
Process Purchase Orders and liaise directly with suppliers
Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal departments
Process and approve supplier invoices
Ensure orders are updated with shipment information
Training and Experience:
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to liaise and co-operate with other departments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excell, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience of Sage (advantageous but not necessary)
Team player / Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
No qualifications will be needed to be considered for this role
