Supply teaching is ideal if you're a teacher looking to gain experience across a wide variety of school settings, or for newly qualified teachers who want to gain more teaching experience before settling into a long term or permanent placement. As a Supply Teacher you can essentially 'Try-before-you-buy' and it is a great role to meet new schools and build relationships with them.

The Supply Teacher will ideally have;

• Experience with Primary School aged children and exceptional knowledge of the British Curriculum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Genuine passion for the educational development of young minds.
• Creativity and imagination to help motivate and inspire the pupils in lessons.
• Patience, flexibility and open-mindedness.

As a Supply Teacher we will require you to have;

• QTS
• DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent behaviour management strategies.
