Supply Teacher

Career Teachers are recruiting supply Teachers to work within a cluster of secondary schools in and around the Redditch area with immediate effect.

We are looking to appoint passionate secondary school teachers who can maintain a high standard of teaching, inspire the students, and continue to drive up performance. We are extremely busy with requests from our schools with the flexibility of working around your commitments as we offer daily cover as well as long-term and permanent contracts.

To be successful for this role, you must:

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS / QTLS)
• Up to date knowledge of the national curriculum at key stage 3 and 4.
• Eligibility to work within the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
• Have up-to-date safeguarding training dated within the last 12 months; Career Teachers offer a FREE online Safeguarding training course.
• Able to provide a minimum of 2 x references to cover the last 2 years.
• A positive mindset with a passion for teaching and learning
• Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupils.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management.
• Committed to raising attainment.
• Committed to promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people.
