Howells Solutions are working with a leading Construction Main Contractor to find a successful and proactive Support Administrator to join their team in the Elland.
You will have experience of working as an administration or within a customer service role with good Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and part of a team with good organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks. You will be professional with a pleasant demeanour and attitude with a willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary.
Support Administrator Duties
- Ordering, allocating and controlling stock of PPE and workwear
- Assisting National Support Manager (NSM) with control of company property and ensuring property forms are completed
- Assisting NSM with fleet and fuel card allocation
- Assisting NSM with insurance requirements including adding/deleting vehicles where required
- Assisting NSM with CSR projects
- Assisting NSM with office facility arrangements
- Assisting NSM with documentation for ISO and other audits
- Assisting NSM with licences and leases renewals
- Assisting NSM with landlord queries and requests
- Assisting NSM with property leases/rental agreements and any office/storage requirements
- Ensuring that fleet and mobile phone spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Ensuring that CCL and Dart Charge accounts are kept up to date
- Assisting with preparations of new starter induction paperwork
- Ordering equipment for new starters or replacing existing equipment where required
- Credit card statement reconciliation
- Organising meeting room calendars
- Complete other clerical and administrative tasks
