I am working with an SME business based in BD4 who are going through a period of growth.
They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis to join the team ASAP.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and taking orders - online and on the phone
- Overseeing emails that come into the sales inbox
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Liaise with customers on deliveries
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide excellent Customer Service
- Arrange credits for customers if required
- General admin support
They are offering a competitive salary of £25k per annum.
The role is fully based in the office.
Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs - 8.30 - 5.30
Fri - 8.30 - 2.30
This is a small office environment where everyone works together to support the team and get tasks done. They are looking for someone to join the team who is a team player and strives to achieve an end goal.
