Your Role:
- Be the go-to person for all things related to school bus services, fielding calls from parents, schools, and bus drivers, and addressing any feedback or complaints.
- Stay on top of changes to Mybus primary school journeys, ensuring all relevant parties are kept in the loop and taking necessary action when required.
- Offer administrative support to the Education Transport team.
- Handle queries and respond to emails about disabled person’s travel pass appeals, and make recommendations on eligibility for appeals.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.75.
- A work schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
- An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
