They are now looking for a Support and Integration Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Support and Integration Officer, you will provide an excellent standard of support, advice and guidance to refugees.
Joining the Support and Integration Team, you will focus on enabling the resettlement and successful integration of refugees.
You will provide support to tenants on a range of topics, including finance, education, employment, health and immigration.
Additionally, you will:
- Organise and attend group trips for tenants
- Develop links with external organisations
- Manage a designated caseload of tenants and make home visits
- Use Salesforce reports to improve case management
About You
To be considered as a Support and Integration Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working with asylum seekers or refugees
- Experience of providing advice and guidance, advocacy and culturally-sensitive support
- Experience of creating support plans and completing needs assessments
- Experience and knowledge of working with people with complex or multiple support needs
