Administrator CWD Support Desk
Central Warehouse & Distribution Centre (CWD) - Eastbourne
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Hours: 1pm - 9:30pm

We are excited to announce we have a new opportunity at our Central Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Eastbourne for an Administrator for our CWD Support Desk to provide administrative support to existing and potential customers via the Customer Service team within Brewers.
This role plays a key part in supporting the Company vision to become the 'Decorators' First Choice' by supporting the warehouse function with customer orders. You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of service, advice and help to existing and potential customers via the Customer Service team within Brewers.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, highly organised and who has excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form. This role is predominately administrative so you will need a good eye for detail and be able to prioritise your own workload.
Based on Maple Road off Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, our CWD Centre has been supporting the operation of our online business for almost 20 years. With access to over 11,000 different wallcoverings as well as designer paints, we can offer our customers an extremely varied choice of decorating materials all from our Central Warehouse.

Additional duties will include:
• Acting as an initial point of contact in the Warehouse for Customer Services (UK and USA), CWD Fulfilment and Helpdesk, with the endeavour to resolve all queries effectively including, but not limited to, reviewing stock availability and checking Wallpaper batches
• Ensuring all phone calls are handled efficiently and within agreed quality and service levels
• Aiding with Pending orders, either returning to customers or placing back into stock
• Supporting Warehouse Operatives with customer orders throughout the day, where a matter arises at either the Picking or Packing stage of the process
• Carrying out Warehouse Operative responsibilities including, but not limited to, Picking and Packing where demand and resource requires
• Promoting the Company's aims and values and setting an example by own behaviour and adherence to those standards
You will have the following qualities:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be organised and methodical with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
• Confidence and an effective communicator, in person, written and over the telephone
• Approachable, with an open and friendly personality
• Able to work quickly, and accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate confident computer skills with MS Word, Excel etc
• Ability to work as part of a team, complimented by the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Experience in warehousing/retail or similar position with strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement
