Responsibilities:

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of telecommunications infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Technical Support:

• Provide expert-level support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SIP, IP, networking, and VLANs.
• Analyse and diagnose complex problems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

• Manage and maintain telecommunications networks.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
• Develop knowledge base articles for common issues to facilitate faster problem resolution.

• Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of ongoing issues and resolutions.

• Collaborate with 1st Line Support, Network Engineers, and other teams to address escalated issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.
