As a Support Services Assistant you will be responsible for assisting in delivering the day to day provision of an excellent, customer focused support service for residents in temporary accommodation.
The Support Services Assistant is responsible for carrying out health and safety checks within temporary accommodation, assist with rent collection, turnaround of rooms and reporting of repairs.
Applicants must be self-motivated, customer focused, have good communication skills and be computer literate, previous experience of working in housing management preferred.
You must have the ability to travel around the City of Southend.
Contract until the end of March 2024
