Role Overview:
Join our Clients dynamic team to enhance the lives of those using our services. You will lead and manage homelessness and mental health Support Services, including a mental health helpline, crisis house, and out-of-hours homelessness provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure trauma-informed, customer-centered service delivery.
- Address and learn from complaints promptly.
- Foster equality, diversity, and individual rights.
- Maintain strategic relationships with partners and funders.
- Manage housing services, including property maintenance and tenant support.
- Lead, develop, and support a diverse staff team.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing services and teams in a housing or support setting.
- Strong partnership and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and trauma-informed care.
- Flexibility to work various hours and travel between sites.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
