Our client is an independent organisation that provides accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK. They continue to expand their business in both central and local government sectors as well as within the charitable sector.
Role Overview
This onsite role is pivotal in offering direct support and management to service users, ensuring their well-being .As a Support Services Welfare Officer, you will manage a caseload of service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and management to clients
- Maintain and update client records accurately
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a Housing Officer or Welfare Support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to clients
Working Hours
- 48-hour week consisting of 12-hour shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
