About the role
Our Evesham Place Supported Living Service in Stratford Upon Avon is home to 6 Service users, both male and female. We support young adults with Challenging behaviours, Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorders, Autism and Mental Health Disorders. The people we support are supported daily in order to improve their life skills. We work together to improve their quality of life and encouraging them to become more independent. We support them to enjoy various activities, many social events, and outings together as well as having their own individual interests . We require caring and considerate people to support these young adults to enjoy each day to the full. No experience necessary. Full training will be given.
We are looking for people who are caring, supportive, with a positive approach to behaviours that may challenge.

As a Support Worker you will be supporting individuals with Personal care, Medication, Daily living skills and activities.
Flexible shifts available and alternate weekends
Full training, working towards Care Certificate including other training courses such as Learning disability awareness, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
We have a competitive rate of pay.
