Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday between the hours of 08:00 - 20:30, including every other weekend

Our residential service in Bridgwater is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! Youll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support accessing local shops, or going dry slope skiing, surfing, holidays to Disney Land Paris, swimming etc. or the next day you could be unwinding with them in their lovely garden, or doing arts and crafts within the service.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
