Support Worker

Pay rate: £13.50 to £15.50 - WEEKLY PAY
Shift Pattern: Full time day shifts - Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 20:00pm
Location: St Austell, Cornwall (PL25)
Requirements: Learning Disability and Autism experience
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lady living in St Austell. She has Autism, Mental health and an eating disorder.
Your role of support is to meet her personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis.

Support with all aspects of daily living
Personal care
Supporting with her mental health
Supporting her to go out into the community
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
It is desirable that applicants have a full UK driving license but is not essential.
Learning disability and autism experience is required for this role.
Mental Health experience.
Not be allergic to animals.
Caring and supportive nature
Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal English skills
