Support Worker

Lycon Recruitment is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our client's team and provide high–quality care to their residents. Below are the specific roles available:
1:1 Support Worker for Male Resident in the Annexe:
Requirements: Ideally male with clear English speaking skills. Description: Providing one–on–one support to a male resident with autism and psychosis. The ideal candidate will have patience and understanding to prevent agitation and ensure effective communication. 1:1 Support Worker for Male Resident in the House:
Requirements: Male or female support. Description: Supporting a non–verbal male resident who is lively and inquisitive. Positive interaction and constant supervision are essential to ensure his well–being and engagement. General Support Worker:
Description: Providing general support around the house to residents with varying needs, including those with visual impairments. Flexibility and sensitivity to individual preferences are key. Key Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. Ability to provide compassionate and person–centered care. Clear communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Meds trained staff preferred for certain roles. PC experience required for some roles. Benefits:
