We are looking for a new Support Worker to care for our exceptional clients. Being a Support Worker, you will be someone who gets a kick out of making a huge difference to the lives of the people that you care for. We have a range of clients, both adults and children, with many differing needs. The one thing that they all have in common is the need for the very best support to help them live their best lives. The role includes:
Supporting up to adults and/or young people aged 16–65 in their own facilities. Supporting in day to day activities (daily routines, education/career, appointments, budgeting, cleaning etc.) Teaching life skills and encouraging the individuals to become independent Safeguarding Carrying out welfare checks Administrating first aid as and when needed Shifts include long days and sleep in's. Uncapped Hours & Pay potential Holding a full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential.
