Support Worker

Just ONE has an exciting position available for full-time or part-time Support Worker based in Wirral to join our team. Your shift patterns may include days, evenings, nights, and sleeps. Just ONE will be flexible around your own working needs as a Support Worker.
As a Support Worker you will provide assistance to people in their own homes. You may also help with accessing the community, attending medical appointments and support at day centres. Other activities may include supporting individuals with house activities, board game nights, holidays pub nights and social events such as parties, discos, bowling and sporting events.
Being a Support Worker with Just One is a wonderfully varied role and you will have the opportunity to create genuine relationships with the people you care for.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SUPPORT WORKER INCLUDE:
o SHIFT PATTERNS MAY INCLUDE DAYS, EVENINGS, NIGHTS, AND SLEEPS.
o Support individuals in the day-to-day tasks involved in ordinary living
o Enable individuals to gain new skills and maintain independence
o Personal care which may include washing, bathing, showering and toileting (dependant on package)
o Provide exceptional care and support to individuals
o Raise any safeguarding concerns
o Maintain daily logs electronically/paper of daily activities to a high standard
