Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, your primary mission will be to deliver exemplary support to vulnerable individuals, empowering them to embrace independence and fulfilment.

You'll cultivate a profound understanding of each individual's unique needs, implementing a holistic, person-centred approach.

Your commitment will ensure that emotional, social, and physical requirements are comprehensively met, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key duties include:

· Dispensing medication in accordance with prescribed schedules.

· Providing support with daily living tasks and household chores, including meal preparation, tidying, and personal hygiene assistance.

· Building positive rapport with a diverse team of professionals/Clients.

· Prioritising the continual safety and well-being of clients.

· Upholding meticulous record-keeping, including support plans and medication administration records.

· Fulfilling all required administrative tasks promptly.

· Sustaining open lines of communication with the Service Manager and other professionals.

· Honouring the uniqueness and privacy of each individual under care.

· Nurturing and maintaining connections with service users and their families.
