Support Worker

Job Title: Support Worker

Mayfield Lodge Residential Home is family owned and operated and provides 24hr support to 12 adults with Learning Disabilities.
We are located close to Inverness City Centre.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
