Salarye are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Home Care Assistants to our small, friendly, growing team.

Duties will include:
- Delivering care to the highest standard with a positive and professional attitude.
- Carrying out personal care, support with dressing, meal preparation and assistance, medication prompts, emotional support and encouragement towards maintaining independent living
- Weekend cover on a rotational basis
- Reporting any issues to the senior staff team
- Attend induction, in-house training and staff meetings
- Supporting fellow co-workers so that they can perform their roles safely, efficiently and to the best of their ability when delivering care
Required for this role:
- Full UK driving license (Ideally, or working towards this)
- SVQ3 or willing to work towards this
- Live in the inverness area or be able to commute
- Previous experience of 1 year minimum

Pay: £12 - £14 per hour
