In each of our services we support approximately 5-20 people. We support people with a range of support needs from low to high; with old age/ dementia, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autism/mental health. We also operate outreach services for people who live more independently. We work on a rota which includes working some weekends, early and late shifts. If Support Worker prefer to work nights, we also have some services with waking night shifts.
