Autism Resource Centre (ARC) offers an enhanced programme of social communication and therapeutic learning activities for children and young people aged 4 to 19 and is largely delivered on sites away from the child’s school. We are looking to appoint a dedicated Support Worker who is passionate about delivering bespoke programmes of intervention and therapy to our CYP. With a flair for celebrating the smallest but most impacting successes of our CYP, retaining a patience in the knowledge this role comes with good days and challenging ones, we at ARC will strive to build independence and confidence through a range of therapeutic learning activities. Your Role

But at a glance, some of the key fields you will be responsible for include (but are not limited to):Support the ARC Service Manager and the wider team to support the unique needs of the ASC learner and/or other learners with ASC or identified social communication and interaction difficulty to access intervention/therapy programmesContribute to record keeping and reportingTransport CYP to and from the ARC and school/settingPromote the inclusion of all CYP with SEND ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and developYour Experience
