We are currently seeking childrens Support Workers to join our team at in Swansea & across Valleys. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a childrens Support Worker, supporting young people in a regulated setting in UK, we would love to hear from you!
Benefits:
- £14.50 to £16 per hour (Days) £16 to £18 per hour (Nights)

Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a childrens Support Worker.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children) or Level 3 Residential Support Worker (Children) *Prefered*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in de escalating high pressure situations & managing conflict
- Experience recording daily logs, charts and adhering to care plans and risk assessments
- Ability to work with others in order to maintain boundaries and resolved issues.
- Ability to think quickly and calmly in high pressure situations
- Understanding of childrens safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a childrens residential home.
Requirements for childrens Support Worker:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the UK as a Childrens Support worker.
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Must hold a valid UK full driver's license.
- Registered with Social Care Wales.
