AddressSupport Worker
Days and Night shift contracts available & Bank staff.
Duties:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal times.
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any changes in the individual's condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the individual's needs are met
Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours
