Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated children's Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will provide assistance and care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Implement care plans and provide support to individuals in various activities
- Engage individuals in social activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes to safety planning and support needs
- Transport individuals to appointments or outings
Skills:
- Experience in childcare or working with children is preferred
- Ability to create and follow care plans effectively
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Strong communication skills to interact with individuals and their families
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
