- Full-time or part-time hours (minimum 25 hours per week)
- Annual Salary £21,313.45 with a realistic earn up to salary of £27,385.08, PLUS Company Benefits Shifts available: Days and sleep nights (paid at a rate of £45 per night)
- It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.
We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring female Support Workers to join one of our Support Teams in Cardiff, supporting people with a range of learning disabilities.
You will have the opportunity to work across several homes, to really get to know the people you will be supporting and to develop your skills and gain from, and share, experiences with colleagues.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.
