Salary: £10.42ph, £12.75ph for bank holidays and £35 per sleep (£11.44ph from April 2024)
Support Workers care for young people with all aspects of their daily life, including social and physical activities, prompting personal care and assisting at mealtimes.
Daily activities may include:
• Supporting young people with social and physical activities
• Booking and accompanying young people to appointments
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Monitoring individuals’ to ensure they are safe and well
• Appropriately dealing with challenging behaviours
There are no qualifications requirements to become a Support Worker, we will provide you with mandatory CPD accredited training. What’s really important is that you’re professional, compassionate, and confident.
The job role is flexible, and you can choose your days however you must be able to commit to one or more of the following shifts, 8am-11pm and sleeps.
