We are currently looking for Support Workers with learning disability experience to assist residents within a supporting living setting of 8 individual flats.
The role will require you to support service users on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with everyday living skills, to support them to upskill within that area such as household tasks, personal care, accessing community and appointments, finances, medication, managing their diagnosis ect.
This role has the option of a temp – perm placement, for the first 12 weeks you can expect a pay of £11.68 then after 12 weeks NMW will take place.
However, if you prefer the flexibility of choosing when you want to work you can stay working for Medsolve at the higher rate of pay.
Medsolve require a minimum of 6 months care work in the UK.
Requirements for this role include :
- Experiences working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
Successful Candidates will need a Children and Adults DBS on the update service or willing to pay for a new DBS.
Unfortunately at the moment we do not accept 20hr restriction visa or provide sponsorship.
