We are currently redefining the ethos and focus of our business, we are looking for experienced Support Workers to help us continue this process.
As a valued member of our team, you'll work within our a home environment delivering high-quality support to our client base. Working as part of the support team, you'll encourage independence through well-structured support plans, assist with daily tasks (this does not include any personal care) and implement support plans to meet the individual’s needs. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to ensure that our clients are safeguarded from any presented risks whilst respecting the dignity of our clients and promoting independence.
Criteria / Person Specification
- Have a genuine desire to care for others,
- A good team player,
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT Literate
- Experience in support work preferably with Children and young people

Training / Qualifications
- up to 12-week structured induction plan
- Mandatory Training provided
- After successful completion of probationary period staff will be offered to enroll onto a Diploma level 3 in Children and young people.
Shift availability:
- Contracted to 160 hours per month
- Shifts include sleeps ins
