This role is to support across four different services in the Basingstoke area, which are all lead by the same experienced and dedicated service leader. The services are within a few miles of each other and easily accessible by car, and by public transport. The people we support, need assistance with personal care and to mobilise using their wheelchairs, along with support to enjoy their interests and hobbies.
They enjoy bowling and going for lunch at cafés. Some also attend regular clubs, enjoy going on boat trips and they all enjoy like-minded people's companionship!
They need a staff team who can support them with all forms of transport; one has their own mobility vehicle and they also enjoy using their bus passes, taking the train or using a taxi. They need someone who can confidently support them to manage their physical health and can support at physio sessions in a hydro pool too.

We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
