Support Workers (Days)
35 hours x 5 posts - £22,229 - £22,601 plus 7% enhancement for rota working
28 hours x 5 posts - £17,783 - £18,081 plus 7% enhancement for rota working
Support Workers (Nights)
25 hours x 4 posts - £15,878 - £16,143 plus 7% enhancement for rota working & 20% enhancement for working nights
Grade 5: £12.18 - £12.38 per hour plus relevant enhancements

At Moorlands Grange, we provide short-term stays lasting 4-6 weeks in a residential setting to prevent physical decline and improve overall wellbeing. Our purpose? To support individuals who are ready to be discharged from hospital or those who may not have access to crucial rehabilitation and reablement support in their homes.
As a Support Worker at Moorlands Grange, your role is pivotal in our commitment to enhancing lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comfort by assisting residents with personal care tasks, respecting their dignity and well-being.
- Encourage independence by supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting a sense of purpose and achievement.
- Create meaningful connections with residents, contributing to a positive and vibrant community.
- Actively monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour, ensuring a holistic care approach.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compassionate records of the care provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- Your compassionate nature and dedication are more important than prior experience, though any care or support background is welcomed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and team members.
