Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Building strong and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of care experience in the UK.
- DBS registered on the update service.
- Completion of practical training relevant to the role.
- Ability to provide three years of professional references.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
