From supporting people with going about their everyday life, to helping people to access their communities, you will help the people we support to explore their potential, their interests, and their passions. The goals and ambitions of the people we support are at the forefront of all that we do, and you will play a huge part in making this happen, we call it ‘Sharing Moments. Shaping Lives’.
You will be using your existing British Sign Language skills to support people both in their home and in their local communities, working independently and taking sole responsibility for a unit or work area during your shift.
