ABOUT THE ROLE
I am looking for a Bank Support Worker to care for my young Son, who has a complex healthcare condition with epilepsy.
He requires 1:1 support at all times to keep him safe and well cared for, including support with;
Eating and drinking, seizure management, personal care, medication admnistration and sensory activities.
My Son has a caring and loving personality and a very warm smile.
There are 30-35 hours per week to cover which will need to be covered flexibly from Mondays to Sundays.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a child care setting.
You will preferably live locally to, or within the area of Newark.
You will preferably have a good understanding of Lithuanian culture and language (although this is not essential), as we are a family from Lithuania originally. As a family, we speak in English, but can and will speak in Lithuanian, Polish and Russian if English is not your first language.
You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my Son’s independence and
respecting him at all times.
