Cavalry Healthcare is a nurse-owned company on a mission to change care for the better and we’re currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Support Worker who has experience as a Rehabilitation Assistant to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care for a person recovering from an acute brain injury.

The Role
You will be providing excellent care and rehabilitation assistance, allowing the people we support to live as full and independent a life as possible.
We support individuals with a wide range of needs and conditions, including learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, acquired brain injury and sensory impairments. Some of the people we support may have difficulties with communication and, at times, may display behaviours that are deemed to be challenging. Bespoke, high-quality training will be given so that you have exactly the right skills needed to support each client.
We are keen to recruit skilled Support Workers with rehabilitation experience, with a strong value base, who demonstrate kindness, compassion, and integrity, alongside best practice.
Elements of your role may include:
· Administration and handling of medicines, Epilepsy training will be provided
· Positive behaviour support
· Record keeping and documentation

· Have a minimum of 6 months’ support work experience
