Support Workers Full or Part Time (contracts available between 18 to 37 hours per week)
Longlast is a well-established, CQC rated outstanding Residential Care Home for 11 Adults with a Learning Disability, since opening in 1997 Longlast has been owned and managed by the same company, who are committed to providing a high quality individual care in a positive, supportive and professional workplace.
We require Support Worker(s) to join our established and professional team. This will be a permanent contract, and we operate a 6 week fixed rolling rota. We have a vacancy for either a Full time or part time Support Workers with various hours available. We require more employees due to an increase in staffing hours on our rota.
You must possess excellent ethos and values around the provision of care and support and be able to work as part of a team to support our clients to achieve a fulfilling lifestyle. You will need to be flexible regarding the hours you can work.
The role is to support the clients with every aspect of their daily life within and outside of the care home in the community.
NVQ and experience is preferred but not essential. Enhanced DBS check will be required. A full clean driving licence is essential.
