Pay rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday Days and Sleep ins - 8:00am - 20:00pm and 20:00pm - 8:00am.
Location: PL26 8PY
Requirements: Previous Learning disability and Autism experience a MUST & Full UK Drivers License.
This role will be working with our client with learning disability and autism in their home. You will be promoting his independence, supporting with the client's daily living tasks, and encouraging the client to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of daily living and have the ability to help someone build everyday life skills. (Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and planning)
- Emotional Support
- Assisting the client out into the community.
- Monitoring and reporting any risks.
- Working proactively to encourage a fulfilling lifestyle.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- UK driver's license
- MUST have previous Autism experience.
- Previous Learning disability experience
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn.

You will receive an induction and person centred training before meeting the young person that you will be working with, in order to prepare you for the role.
