- Assist in assessment of support needs and development of individual support plans.
- Ensure effective delivery of a support programme targeted to young people's needs, developed in consultation with the individual.
- Support young people to develop skills they require to manage a tenancy/licence.
- Signpost individuals to appropriate support services and guide them in making contact with agencies.
- Deliver a cohesive support service which will achieve positive outcomes for young people experiencing housing related challenges together with general wellbeing.
- Assist in ensuring comprehensive 24 hour support through an on-call Rota, and to be able to attend to an emergency within 30 minutes whilst on call. This would be a 3 week rota.
- Have a knowledge of word and Goggle Chrome.
- Be open to all statutory training requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.77 per hour
