Manor Community are looking for enthusiastic care and support workers who have the passion to provide excellent person-centred care to our clients.

The role:

This role is to help and assist vulnerable adults. Supporting them on a one to one basis with independent living, helping them to fulfil their goals and creating a positive outcome in their lives. This position is based in one supported living residence with your shifts being day shifts, but will be interested in hearing from people who would like to do a mixture of both.

What you need:

• Passion for caring for vulnerable adults at a level that matches our standard of care.
• A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
• The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
• Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ideally with full driving license.
