We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.

Rehability UK is looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team in the Leicester area who can act as positive adult role models to the young people we support.
The role
You'll be committed to providing our young people with a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment and being a consistent role model in their lives.
As Support Worker you'll be:
- Supporting in the running of the home including cooking, cleaning, and finances
- Providing a safe environment to support, guide and advise our young people to develop their social, emotional, and physical well-being and ways of dealing with any challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate
You'll have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience of supporting vulnerable young people within a supported accommodation environment, or similar youth worker experience
- Compassionate and resilient attitude, committed to being a positive role model and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
