Supporter Data Officer

We are looking for a Supporter Data Officer for an incredible hospice, to deliver the Supporter Data and income operations strategy with a focus on data selections and insight.

This is a predominantly office based role with 4 days a week in the Essex office.

The Role
Build and run requested and approved data selections for supporter communications and fundraising activities.

Work with colleagues to ensure data input and processes on the CRM facilitates effective data selection.

Manipulate complex datasets to identify insights and learnings to support overall, and income stream-specific, fundraising decision-making.

Support with development and maintenance of CRM training and process documentation and deliver appropriate training to colleagues.

The Candidate
Experience of working in a data focussed role, including experience of using a CRM database.

Experience of building marketing data selections.

Experience of using data reporting and analysis tools to produce insightful dashboards / reports.

Good technical knowledge of databases and query languages.
